They were prompt, protected kitchen floors and counters. Mr. Garcia went out of his way to match the existing stain on our cabinets and you can not tell the difference in the colors of old and new. Muy Bueno!!!!!

We had 13 year old kitchen cabinets where the original stain had worn off in high-touch places. The cabinet manufacturer no longer uses that stain that was used for our cabinets so Mynor Garcia tried to obtain and apply a stain that would match. Unfortunately the chance of success for this was slim and we had to repaint the cabinets. The work that Mynor did on trying to match the stain was above and beyond our expectations and his team's subsequent painting of the kitchen cabinets was excellent. We highly recommend Mynor Garcia for his workmanship, attention to quality and professionalism.

Mynor and his team have done a few projects for our family Lakehouse and we would highly recommend them for any work you need done both inside and out. They started with interior painting of several bedrooms, baths, living room and hallways. They patched up walls, sanded, primed and painted our interior. They completed the project in a timely manner, were polite, professional and clean. The pricing was also very fair. We were so pleased that we asked for an estimate to paint the exterior shutters and power wash the house. The estimate was very good, and Mynor and his team once again did an amazing job. I was completely ashamed of my deck; had an estimate from Mynor Garcia; they came and powerwashed and a few days later stained my deck; IT IS BEAUTIFUL. They taped plastic around my siding and sliding glass doors and not a speck of paint anywhere but on deck. They were fast, efficient and amazing. Mynor's team as of July 2023 has painted the exteriors of 2 of our vacation rental homes on Stone Lake in Cassopolis, Michigan, and a very high exterior wall of our personal cottage on Stone Lake. In June of 2023, Mynor's team tackled our biggest job so far, painting the exterior of our 3-story Victorian home in Dowagiac. This 125-yr-old Victorian has a ton of detailed trim with contrasting colors...Mynor's team was meticulous with ensuring the trim was very carefully painted. They also removed all of the storm windows and washed both sides of the glass and reinstalled them. Most of the windows are 7-foot tall, so it was a challenge - but Mynor's guys handled it and did a great job.

We hired Mynor E. Garcia to stain our deck. They came a few days before to power wash the deck before staining and did a great job. They arrived when they said they would to stain the deck and did a beautiful job. There was an issue with stain that had dripped on the patio below. Mynor and his crew came back and cleaned the patio the next week. We highly recommend them.

I have almost always hired contractors because I have seen them working in my general neighborhood and admired their work. I had seen Mynor’s Garcia’s crew painting a house nearby, but I did due diligence and considered another painter I had already started talking to. I really wanted to hire Mynor, however, and he and Romeo, his nuts-and-bolts estimator and project supervisor, worked generously with me about methods of scraping and painting, because I live in an historic district. They gave me a clear, detailed contract that I could refer to.

The painting process itself was a delight from start to finish—the crew are skilled and careful; they plan well and coordinate in an artform, so there was beauty and efficiency. I think my house looks better than when I first had it painted, and I loved it then. I have also never had a more pleasant working relationship. I like everybody so much. They are kind, thoughtful, and gracious, and we even had a few jokes. We hired their team to paint our offices and remove ancient wallpaper before painting. Every work day, a full crew showed up at the same time, on time, ready to work. Their project manager Romeo came in each day to make sure the team knew what they were doing, kept track of progress, and kept us up to speed daily. They did a wonderful job prepping and painting without cutting corners, as well as cleaning up before they left every single day. Finally, a company where customers come first! The painters were professional and extremely detailed. Supervisors stopped by unannounced several times to check on the progress. I felt comfortable leaving all workers in my home alone. Their speed was amazing. They emptied closets and shelves and replaced all items once the room was finished. Every night the crew cleaned up including sweeping, taking care of the trash, and removing items from line of sight. My husband works out of the home and they were very respectful and quiet. I will definitely call them again for future projects!

I have a brick home that was built in 1920. I had the wood trim ,stucco and windows painted. What the owner said I was getting if I decided to have my house painted was the paint power washed ,scrapped, sanded and caulking used when needed. Two coats of paint. After the paint job was done my wife and I had a final walk through of the house and if anything was wrong they painted it then. The work was excellent. It looks great. Fair price for quality work.
